Located at Farrell Point, where walkers cross Bathurst Harbour by dinghy.
Built by track-cutter Milford Fletcher in the 1960’s and demolished by Tasmanian Parks and Wildlife Service about 1990. Similar three-sided shelters were built at Junction Creek on the Port Davey Track, and Deadmans Bay on the South Coast Track, and also demolished.
Pole frame, three sides of iron, a skillion roof of corrugated iron, and dirt floor.
